Feedback form is now closed.
The Ohio MEP will present information on the Ohio MEP program, share data gathered from the recent Ohio Manufacturers’ Needs Assessment Survey, and develop clear steps to leverage Ohio MEP, the Ohio Talent Development Network (OTDN) and the Post-Secondary Adult Career Education Association (PACE) in support of a stronger manufacturing workforce for Ohio.  The session will combine a formal presentation with group participation to set the path for driving a successful partnership for Ohio MEP, OTDN, and PACE.

Learning Objectives:
Develop a clear understanding of the Ohio MEP program, its partners, strategies, and services.
Develop a new understanding of what the Survey data means for talent development.
Develop an appreciation for the linkages to support talent development for manufacturing.
It is our expectation that you will walk away from this session with several immediate steps for building a solid partnership of referrals with a focus on talent needs in the manufacturing sector and the team(s) of educational support to plan for the future manufacturing workforce of Ohio.
